Villa Palmentiello food pantry is a magical place, where flavors and ancient traditions can revive, while walking through the storeroom the past seems to relive within those very walls. You can experience ferment and joy while having the products of the garden in your hands, following a recipe respectful of the tradition.

In the food pantry you can realize those delicacies, and be yourself the main character in the preparation of pickled food, a jam, homemade pasta or baked goods: a unique experience which will be impressed in your memories.

Educational farm

Life in nature is extraordinary, it enables to feel peace and joy, appease the mind and reconcile with the world. 

In our Villa, the regenerating nature is the setting for our wonderful educational farm, in which children will love to spend peaceful and carefree hours, discovering nature and the animal farm with a healthy snack prepared with love in the kitchens of the Villa exclusively with ingredients from our gardens.

Villa Palmentiello is a treasure trove of surprises and to the many offers provided to our guests there are also the products of the biological certified farm attached to the structure and managed directly by the Polese family.

The vineyards, the olive groves, the stables and the garden which every season offers fresh and genuine products are available to customers both as ingredients of the cuisine and as preserves, jams, wine, oil and homemade liqueurs to be bought and consumed or given once back home.

Visiting the farm, stables and educational farm can be an immersive and regenerating experience. 

Cooking with Grandma Consiglia

The kitchen is the kingdom of chef Maria Consiglia Cannavacciuolo, her cuisine is made of genuine flavors and recipes from the Mediterranean tradition, with an original touch that makes the difference to the much appreciated hand of a grandma. 

Guests can replicate the Neapolitan and coastal dishes by our chef, through an exciting and educational experience, accompanied step by step by Maria Consiglia and finally taste them all together in a convivial and delicious moment.

Guests will strictly use the products by the organic farm to cook, as the chef always does to delight her customers.
