Check Out: check out is scheduled by 12:00 with the consequent delivery of the room keys by that time. In case you would prefer to postpone the time of the check-out, please notify us in time. Please contact the reception or the team for help with luggage transport.

Safe: in addition to the safes of the suites, the hotel provides is a free safe at reception.
Breakfast: breakfast is served every morning from 7.30 am to 10 am in the panoramic veranda. In-room breakfast can be delivered from 7.30 am to 11 am upon prior reservation.

Minibar: please do not use the minibar provided in the suites for drinks and products purchased outside the hotel

Restaurant: the restaurant is open every day from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 20.00 to 23.00. On Tuesdays the restaurant observes rest shift.

Pool: The pool is located in a panoramic spot with a view. The pool is for ornamental and scenic use only, therefore bathing is not allowed.

Internet: an internet terminal is available free of charge at the reception, while in the whole structure there is a free wi-fi service.

Transfers: our concierge will be happy to arrange your transfers with the available means of transport. These services are not sold directly by the property. Villa Palmentiello assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or disruption that can occur outside the perimeter of the structure, nor for information communicated by the companies providing the services. The transfer to and from the train station called Vesuviana (Via Nocera in Castellammare di Stabia) that connects with Naples and Sorrento is free. The route is 15 minutes long.
